POLICIES

Full Moon Inn has a 10 day cancellation policy. If notice is not received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations made prior to the 10 days before arrival are subject to a $35.00 processing fee per room.

*Weather events, natural conditions and diseases, as well as any transportation disruptions that result from such event are not eligible for free cancellation and/or refund/rain check. We encourage guests to research their destination before booking, carefully review the host’s cancellation policy, and consider buying travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.

  • Check in is at 3 pm, if you are not able to check in at 3 pm, please let us know your time of arrival so we can adjust our schedule. Check out is 11:30.

  • A two night minimum stay is required on most weekends.

  • All room rates are based on double (2) occupancy. Weekend rates may apply on select holidays.

  • There is an additional charge of $35.00 per person per night (roll away rental $35) for those rooms that can accommodate more than 2 guests. The additional charge applies to the 1800’s Log Cabin Texas Cowboys and Texas Indians after 4 guests when reserving the whole cabin.

  • Failure to disclose pets or extra guest will result in a $200 charge.

  • Any party, celebration or event must complete our Special Event contract. Please call us for more information 830-997-2205.

  • Full Moon Inn is smoke-free indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors. A charge of $250.00 will be added to the bill of any guest who smokes inside Full Moon Inn guest houses or dining hall/Bar.

    • We are child friendly, help us remain that way. Please be respectful of the property, other guest, their space and experience while staying at Full Moon Inn.

    • For the safety of your children they must be supervised by their parents at all times (NO EXCEPTIONS).

    • Children are not allowed to "hang out" in the dining area/bar without a parent, children are not allowed to roam the property without adult supervision.

    • Full Moon Inn is a working farm with farm animals, all visiting children must be supervised at all times.

    • In an effort to preserve the history of the 1800's log cabin NO PETS or CHILDREN under the age of 16 allowed in the Texas Cowboys and Indians cabin.

    • A charge of $250.00 will be added for ANY damages or extra cleaning to the room, bedding, property or resident animals.

  • FULL MOON INN IS A PEACEFUL AND RELAXING DESTINATION, please be respectful of the property and other guest.

  • Full Moon Inn will not be held responsible for ANY damages or accidents or loss to pets or children while visiting Full Moon Inn.

  • Free wifi

  • Speed limit on property is 5 MPH

PET POLICY

Most units are pet friendly. Pets are $50 per day-per pet. (2 pets max, 25 lbs Max, NO PUPPIES (MIN. 1 YEAR OLD)

  • We are pet friendly, help us remain that way. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULES OF THIS POLICY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY PART OF THE PET POLICY MAY RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND.

  • Pets must be on a leash and supervised at all times, pets are not allowed to roam the property without a leash.

  • You must kennel your pet when you are away. Please do not bring pets to breakfast.

  • Full Moon Inn is a working farm with farm animals, for the safety of your pets and our animals, your pets must be on a leash and supervised.

  • Please clean up after your pet.

  • Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. ... The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual's disability. All pet policy rules and fees do apply.

  • A charge of $250.00 will be added for ANY damages or extra cleaning to the room, bedding, property or resident animals. Full Moon Inn will not be held responsible for ANY damages or accidents or loss to pets while visiting Full Moon Inn. No pets allowed in the Texas Cowboy and Indians Log Cabin or the Texas Wine room. 

Gift Certificates

  • When redeeming gift certificates a credit card is required.

  • Our 10 day cancellation policy applies. If notice is not received at least 10 days prior to your arrival date, your gift certificate will be voided and any additional charges will be applied.
